Mark Peel’s recipe for Chicken Smothered in Gravy didn’t disappoint. This isn’t a traditional dark gravy but more of a creamy tomato (which I was a huge fan of).

I don’t know what I’d do without fresh herbs. You’ll see a pattern here in the next week… lots of fresh produce! This was supposed to be Bass with Herb Salad, but I substituted cod. I also put it in a warm lavash.
